Hello. My name is Sally, and here at Natural Poise, we aim to return you to your best by assessing and treating the root causes of your pain, helping you to understand the mechanisms causing that pain to make it more manageable.​

 

As qualified and experienced Physiotherapists, we can assess and educate as well as prescribe exercises and perform manual therapy treatments designed to meet your needs.​

 

Whether your knees are sore, or you have strained or overused a muscle Natural Poise can help you on the road to recovery, enabling you to return to the life you want to lead.​Alternatively, we can provide massage that aids relaxation and revitalisation of tired and aching muscles.  This can be tailored to your specific needs and can vary in time length to suit your schedule.​Natural Poise is here to support you on your recovery journey.
